Start by taking 1 capsule of Vital Cortisol Calming per day at night for the first 1-2 months to allow your body to adjust. Increase to two capsules per day.
Smooth 1-2 drops of the Inflammation Response Vital Concentrate on your face in the mornings and evenings after your toner / essence and before the BioEvolve Serum and BioEvolve Moisturizer. If you do not use toner / essence, apply the Vital Concentrate immediately after cleansing.
